While we target 99.9% uptime, actual availability depends on infrastructure, network conditions, and maintenance schedules. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.
API request content (prompts and responses) is processed through our secure infrastructure. We maintain a zero-logging policy for request content. As Claude models are developed by Anthropic, we recommend reviewing Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle API data.
